Specialises in complex structured transactions, particularly M&A transactions in the transport sector, financing (including synthetic debt financing), refinancing, leasing, portfolio sales of large assets, restructurings, as well as Russian taxation, customs law and regulation in the transport sector. Particular specialisation of Vadim is advising clients on the support of financing, acquisition and operation of marine, air and rail transport transactions.
Prior to joining Better Chance, Vadim worked at leading international law firms for more than 14 years and was Counsel and Co-Head of the Asset Finance Practice at Clifford Chance’s Moscow office.
