Infrastructure projects, concession and PPP (MPP) agreements

Infrastructure projects based on PPP, special investment contracts, offset and owner-operator contracts and other quasi-PPP models

Our team has extensive experience providing transaction support for the manufacturing projects of various types of businesses and business structures, for example, the creation and modernisation of manufacturing facilities based on the PPP Law using quasi-PPP models, including in economic sectors such as heavy industry, metallurgy and shipbuilding.

We also assist in the implementation of projects to create and modernise manufacturing facilities using Build-Own-Operate-Transfer contracts and offset purchase contracts and in the area of state and owner-operator contracts in any industry.

Investment disputes

We have been active, hands-on participants in the development and reform of the legislation governing the preparation and implementation of PPP infrastructure projects in Russia and neighbouring countries. Among other things, our experience includes advising the government agencies of Russia and a number of foreign countries on issues related to the most significant PPP legislative reforms and pilot projects.
